Charles J. Kubicki, President
Charles J. (Chuck) Kubicki, is the President of Cincinnati United Contractors, Inc. Through his exceptional work ethic, extreme honesty, and unwavering integrity he has built CUC into the industry leader that it is today. Chuck is a highly respected developer and businessman with a project portfolio of successful developments, facilities, and business endeavors that spans over thirty years. Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, Chuck is active in all phases of the commercial development, design/build construction, and property management that CUC specializes in.

Ken Geis, Vice President
As Vice President, Ken is principally responsible for CUC's internal operations and business development. Ken's proven track record and diverse skill set allows him to assist clients with any need that may arise. This includes: property identification, site acquisition, financial analysis, funding sources, and garnering incentives and abatements. With over twenty seven years in government service, Ken has extensive experience in public and private partnerships, organizational management, and project funding.

Tom Lemmel, Vice President of Construction
Tom is responsible for all aspects of construction and design at CUC. He assembles the project management team for each CUC project and manages all field and construction activities. Tom's vast experience encompasses all phases of commercial design/build construction. During his nearly thirty-year career at CUC, Tom has served as Construction Project Manager, Manager of the Architectural Department, and Vice President of Construction. Tom's expertise includes new construction and renovation of industrial, office, church, institutional, retail, and special use facilities.

Albert Stahl, CPA, Controller
As Controller, Al manages the Accounting Department at CUC. His principal activities include the preparation and auditing of all accounting information, budgeting, cash management, financial planning, and tax compliance. Al also uses his expertise to provide analysis and assistance in securing the proper funds for CUC's property development activities.

Chance M. Truemper, Property Development Coordinator
Chance plays an integral role in all aspects of CUC's real estate operations. This includes seeking project financing, site selection, feasibility analysis, due diligence management, master planning and site development. Chance also manages all of CUC's leasing and property management activities. Formerly at CUC, Chance worked in the Pre-Construction department and was responsible for preparing project proposals, presentations, and budgeting.
