Building churches has become an increasingly large niche market for CUC's work. With many worship facilities gaining membership, most have had to build to adapt to a newer, bigger congregation. CUC has built numerous churches along with long-scale renovations and additions to existing churches, working within budget and with minimal disruption to worship activities.
Vineyard Community Church
This 103,000 square foot church is situated on 50 acres and includes a multi-level worship space, full-service café, classrooms and office space. Master planning was crucial to incorporate the traffic flow, outdoor recreational areas, storm water management systems and multiple building structures that house the Vineyard's several amenities.
Vineyard Christian Fellowship
Located in Florence, Kentucky, this 25,000 square foot facility was constructed on an extremely challenging site. Extensive site analysis, project programming and space planning was required to ensure that the site could accommodate the intended uses. The efficient circulation gained from the radial layout allowed for a facility design that met all of the church's needs.
Inspirational Baptist Church
CUC designed, developed and built this 65,000 square foot facility on the former 14-acre Surf Cincinnati Water Park site in Forest Park, Ohio. The project encompasses a worship auditorium, café, bookstore, gymnasium, roller skating rink, classroom space and an administrative wing. The entire project was completed in eleven months.
Cornerstone World Outreach
This project was in peril until CUC took it over. The structural steel was incomplete and improperly installed. Two contractors had already failed and several mechanics liens had been filed. CUC took control of the project and completed the 45,852 square foot facility in less than 10 months.
Mt. Carmel Baptist Church
This project included multiple phases and multiple renovations to the existing 29,800 square foot facility. The expansion involved classroom space, a library, elevator, daycare area and a new Fellowship Hall. The existing lobbies, fellowship space an office areas were also renovated to provide a seamless transition between the new and existing spaces.
Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church
This project included the renovation of an existing lobby, gathering/fellowship area and a chapel. Needing to modernize the spaces for a growing congregation, Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church turned to CUC for design and construction assistance. Keeping the facility operational for Sunday services was critical and CUC accommodated that need while delivering the project on time and on budget.
Faith Bible Church
The growing congregation at Faith Bible Church required an 18,700 square foot expansion to their 16,000 square foot facility. The church maintained their regularly scheduled activities throughout the duration of the project. The expansion upgraded the exterior facade, streamlined the functionality of interior spaces and wrapped the perimeter of the church with office space.
Lakota Christian Church
The 26,200 square foot expansion was completed in 1996. The final design was cost-effective, extremely functional and architecturally attractive. The growing church returned to CUC in 2004 to construct a second two-story expansion of 29,600 square feet. Even with multiple expansions, the final product has a seamless appearance.
Lord of Life Lutheran Church
This project involved a 6,400 square foot expansion to Lord of Life's existing 10,000 square foot facility and a redesign of the church's mutli-purpose room. This expansion allowed the church to function more comfortably on a day-to-day basis.
United Baptist Church
CUC donated 100 percent of the design and construction work associated with this renovation in Evanston, Ohio. The completed structure included the restoration of this classic worship space, a new roof and upgrades to the exterior facade.
Consolation Baptist Church
CUC's expertise in site selection, zoning, interior design and renovation allowed this Cincinnati church to successfully relocate in less than three months. The CUC property experts located several potential sites and evaluated each site according to the church's needs. The end result was a master rehabilitation of this historic structure in College Hill, Ohio.
Delhi Christian Center
The Delhi Christian Center was in need of renovations and additions to their existing church facility. These renovations included a 3,000 square foot addition to the sanctuary, with additional seating and staging space.
