The CUC construction department can design and build any type of facility you may require. This is evident in our completed special use portfolio. The CUC team has extensive experience in working closely with business owners, government authorities, and building committees to complete projects for users of all types and sizes. Projects in our special use portfolio include restaurants, retail centers, automotive dealerships and repair centers, schools, daycare facilities, firehouses, government administration buildings, movie theaters, and churches.

Located on Eastern Avenue just outside Cincinnati's Central Business District, the Boathouse is one of the signature Cincinnati buildings. It encompasses three stories of approximately 11,300 square feet each. It also houses a unique rowing facility in the lower level, and the Montgomery Inn Restaurant on the upper two floors.
