The CUC construction department can design and build any type of facility you may require. This is evident in our completed special use portfolio. The CUC team has extensive experience in working closely with business owners, government authorities, and building committees to complete projects for users of all types and sizes. Projects in our special use portfolio include restaurants, retail centers, automotive dealerships and repair centers, schools, daycare facilities, firehouses, government administration buildings, movie theaters, and churches.

At Cottell Park CUC redeveloped the 47 acre facility significantly increasing the amenities offered to the surrounding community. Tennis and Basketball Courts were added, parking lot lighting was improved, and storm water management problems were eliminated.
