The CUC construction department can design and build any type of facility you may require. This is evident in our completed special use portfolio. The CUC team has extensive experience in working closely with business owners, government authorities and building committees to complete projects for users of all types and sizes. Projects in our special use portfolio include restaurants, retail centers, automotive dealerships and repair centers, schools, daycare facilities, firehouses, government administration buildings, movie theaters and churches.

This building is situated on 4.72 acres and totals 6,790 square feet. The total site acreage is approximately 72 acres which will include future construction of a walking path, park, athletic fields, fire/safety building and amphitheater.

Located on Eastern Avenue just outside Cincinnati's Central Business District, the Boathouse is one of the signature Cincinnati buildings. It encompasses three stories of approximately 11,300 square feet each. It also houses a unique rowing facility in the lower level, and the Montgomery Inn Restaurant on the upper two floors.

Located in Mason, Ohio, the Brazenhead Pub is a signature restaurant located in a high traffic area. It is a unique, two-story structure of approximately 12,153 square feet. It houses two level of dining, three bars, a lower level pool table/recreation area and outdoor patio seating.

At Cottell Park, CUC redeveloped the 47-acre facility significantly increasing the amenities offered to the surrounding community. Tennis and basketball courts were added, parking lot lighting was improved and storm water management problems were eliminated.

This showroom's interior is beautifully finished. It is located in Montgomery, Ohio, and includes more than 15,500 square feet of office and showroom space on two floors plus a basement.

This 18,000 square foot fire station includes 11 apparatus bays, a community/training room, full kitchen, sleeping quarters for 12 crew members, a decontamination room, office space and a mail room.

This Hummer dealership includes a showroom facility and a service facility within a total of 63,050 square feet. The service area includes 31,000 square feet with the office/sales area totaling 32,050 square feet.

This redevelopment project included two phases of construction with a 19,000 square foot renovation of an existing structure, as well as a newly constructed 94,000 square foot building with a lower level garage.

This building is situated on over 2.3 acres in Loveland, Ohio. It has more than 26,500 square feet of space which includes office and vehicle garage space.

This single-story building lies on more than 7.2 acres in Mason, Ohio. It serves as a reception and banquet facility with approximately 18,500 square feet.

This car dealership is located in Florence, Kentucky, and has a total 26,700 square feet of office, showroom and warehouse space.

This 10-theater facility includes 32,000 square feet of 1,563 total seats. Amenities include ornate finishes, concessions and stadium seating.

This project is part of the Prasco master planned headquarters facility in Mason, Ohio. It includes stadium-style seating, locker rooms, media/announcer's booth, concessions and playing lights.

The upscale coffee retailer, Saxby's Coffee, selected CUC to design and build their new store at the Cincinnati Premium Outlets.

This LEED-certified facility contains four double stack drive-through apparatus bays, a dormitory, conference/meeting space, kitchen and large community room.

This 57,000 square foot design/build government building includes a Township Hall, gymnasium, administrative offices, Post Office, park-n-ride and an outdoor amphitheater.

This 12,400 square foot fire house has all necessary amenities including a full kitchen, six apparatus bays, seven semi-private living quarters, an exercise room, conference and training rooms and a training center.

This 16,500 square foot fire station was built for the City of Mason, Ohio. The facility includes six apparatus bays, full kitchen, semi-private living quarters, exercise room, conference room, and offices.
